The Nuki Ultra is designed for almost any door with a Euro profile cylinder. If you want certainty before ordering, send us a photo of your lock and the thickness of your door. We will check it for you and tell you which cylinder length applies.

The Nuki Ultra has a built in battery that you recharge with the magnetic USB-C cable supplied. On average it lasts between four and nine months depending on how often you use it and how it is connected. The app warns you well before the battery is empty, and your physical keys always keep working.

Yes. Physical keys are supplied with the cylinder, so you can always open the door by hand. You can also add a Nuki Keypad, so you enter a code instead, or a Nuki Fob to open the door with a single button.

The mechanical side is covered by the M&C cylinder, which is certified to SKG*** and built with anti pick and anti drill protection. The digital side uses encrypted communication between your phone and the lock. Together they give you a level of protection that matches, and in most homes exceeds, a conventional cylinder.

Every cylinder we supply comes with an M&C security certificate. Keep it somewhere safe: it is proof of ownership and it is what allows original keys to be reordered. When you need extra keys, call or message us with your certificate details and we place the order with the manufacturer, then deliver or post them to you. We do not cut keys ourselves, and because the manufacturer sets the terms we cannot promise a price or a delivery time up front.
